Laughing cow cheese.

We use it for crackers, what else would it be good with?

It sounds weird, but the plain kind (Swiss?) is good on apples.

  • I love Laughing Cow cheese! I spread it on Wasas and I also mix it with mashed potatoes on occasion.

  • I've used it to make stuffed chicken, and my sister told me she used it the other day in a pasta sauce instead of using cream.

  • I used to use it instead of mayo in my turkey sandwiches
  • Laughing Cow cheese is the best! I use it as a snack with fruit, crackers, breads, or by itself.  The other ideas sound good too.  I think I'll try it on a sandwich next.

Good call- I forgot about that!  When I was counting calories to lose weight I tried this.  It has a lot of flavor and the light version only has 35 calories a wedge.  We have 2 packages in the fridge right now!

  • I've used it to make a creamy, lower-calorie guacamole.  Also love it on bagels instead of cream cheese.
