I love Laughing Cow cheese! I spread it on Wasas and I also mix it with mashed potatoes on occasion.

I've used it to make stuffed chicken, and my sister told me she used it the other day in a pasta sauce instead of using cream.

i sub it for cream cheese in some recipes, also eat it with pretzels, veggies, and wheat thins

Triscuit, Laughing Cow Cheese with apples i've been wanting to add turkey to that mix. i also want to try Laughing Cow with Triscuits and pears..mostly Asian Pears =X

Laughing Cow cheese is the best! I use it as a snack with fruit, crackers, breads, or by itself.  The other ideas sound good too.  I think I'll try it on a sandwich next.

Good call- I forgot about that!  When I was counting calories to lose weight I tried this.  It has a lot of flavor and the light version only has 35 calories a wedge.  We have 2 packages in the fridge right now!

I've used it to make a creamy, lower-calorie guacamole.  Also love it on bagels instead of cream cheese.
