I am in such a sleep deprivation haze that I forgot to bring my pump parts home with me from work yesterday to clean. I keep them in a fridge in my office at all times. Since breast milk stays good refrigerated for a few days, do I need to worry about washing my pump parts before using them today? I'd rather not take them into my building's gross bathrooms.

Just for future reference, I keep one of the medela 'steam clean' bags in the pump bag for just this reason.
(I'd probably not worry in your situation, but I actually used my bag this AM because I dropped the shields on the floor of my car and that's just to gross for words right now
I definitely would wash them.
I use these: https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2735035 and they are a life saver!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
