Dark skin: linea nigra, under arms & boobies

Any ideas on how to get rid or lighten up all those areas that got darkened because of the pregnancy hormones like the linea nigra, under arms and boobs?  

Will of the over the counter skin lighteners that you use on your face help any?   

 

Ideas?

    I have no idea if they will work for something like that, but years ago when I started the pill I got a ring around my eyes of dark pigmented skin and it did help with that, so I guess it should.

    I'm starting to wonder if the linea negra will ever fade! Let us know if it works!

    Are you still breast feeding? According to my Dr. the Linea nigra and my stretch marks will not fade until I stop breast feeding.

    With #1 my linea nigra was gone before she was 5 months.  I'm not sure when it faded, but I know it was gone by Christmas the year she was born. 

    I'm very pale though and my line is kind of a light yellowy brown, so with darker skin and a darker line it may take longer to fade.
