1st real US today!!!

DH and I had our first prenatal appointment this morning. The MD did a US and was able to see the gestational sac, yolk sac, and the heart beating!!!! Super excited! I have a f/u US in 2 weeks to make sure that things are progressing the way they should be. I had some spotting about a week ago and had a US where only the gestational sac showed. I am very happy that my LO is growing!!! GL to everyone having US this week!!!
