Why is "babymaking" (sex) so exhausting???

It seems like every month when I am about to olvulate or am so called fertile it seems like me and DH are not in to "mood" but any other time we are. Even though I'm not in the "mood" I have to tell my DH and myself we "HAVE" to if I want to get pregnant. This time around it seems like it's been so hard for me to concieve, all the other times it seemed so easy but I just couldn't stay pregnant. Anyone else ever feel this way?

Totally! Getting ready to go home after working three 14 hour shifts in a row and dreading having to take care of business. I would never be able to forgive myself if we missed out on this cycle due to my exhaustion, who cares if I'll be off the next four days and would have plenty of opportunities then. Good luck to u!

Yes!! Maybe it's just that we've been together for so long, but we could go 4-5 days with out doing the BD. Which yes, makes it difficult to muster it up because we "have" to. I wish it could be effortless and still result in a baby to take home. We got pregnant not trying, and now the trying seems to be trying my patience... and I've only been at it one month. I know there are women on here who have been trying much longer, years even. It's just difficult to make myself be in the mood.
