Who makes snapped, sized covers?

Besides Gen-Y?  DS's new trick is opening one side of his velcro covers, laughing like a maniac, and then getting ticked because the cover is half on/half off.  DH has asked for more snapped covers, so I'm on a quest.  Not looking for OS covers (otherwise I'd just get Thirsties Duo Wraps -- they are getting too small for him).
