Late Term and Child Loss

Had my follow up today (TTCR)

I met with my RE today for a follow up.  She had officially discharged me right before my m/c, so I was sort of in-between services.  Of course when it comes to getting pregnant again, I went back to her.

My blood pressure was a little elevated (actually, a lot elevated for me.  I'm usually in the low 100's to 110's - I was 138 systolic) and so was my pulse, but I always get really anxious before we meet with her.

Overall, she said that she feels that the Addie and our other loss were not related at all and that it was probably some sort of chromosomal issue.  She has no doubt in our ability to conceive and knows that we will have a baby.  We agreed, since we conceived pretty quickly second time around, it's just when we will get our take home baby.  She said that endocrinogicly (or something like that), we're ready to TTC again since I had the LH surge and all that, it just depends on what we want to do emotionally.  We want to try again right away.

Plan is Femara 5mg again, CD3-7.  I didn't ovulate until CD18 with that, but she's okay with it.  So we'll do that once AF shows, which, according to my temps, should be soon.  I wanted to ask her for a progesterone blood draw, just to check for sure that I did O, since I was sick and my temps were all over, but I forgot.  Plus I'm not sure that if my temp dropped, my progesterone would be in a post-o range.  Today's temp was a pre-O temp, so I'm sure this cycle is over with a 10 day LP.

That's about it.  I'm hoping it doesn't take too long to get pregnant again, we got pregnant our first cycle on Femara (ended in our m/c).  It could have been chance, but I'm curious as to how long it will take again.  I just want my take home baby.

Thanks for listening, here's a sweet Valentine's Day treat if you made it this far!!
