no, I don't even wipe them down. I pump three times a day, but if BM can sit out for 8-10 hours, I figure it's fine. I wrap it up in a cloth diaper between uses and have been doing this for 6 months

I rinse them because the milk fat was solidifying between pumps if I just stuck them in the fridge and it was really hard to get them very clean again. When I rinsed, cleaning was easy.
I have 7 sets and after each use I remove and rinse the membranes, and throw the rest of them in soapy water to soak. So yes, I wash between each pumping.
I used to just throw them in a zip loc bag with a paper towel inside, put them in my cooler bag and put them in the fridge. I figured any droplets of milk would stay cold and be fine.

This exactly. I just stick them back in the fridge and at the end of the day I will wash them.
