  Cecilia was my top girl's name. The Mr. vetoed it though. I'd definitely go with Cecilia.

  I do like Sophia and Cecilia but not with a last name that starts with an S...  it could be a bit of a mouthful.

  I like Eliana the best. My niece's name is Eliana and they call her Ellie for short.

  I love Cecilia! DH vetoed it. If you're concerned about too many "s" sounds you could just use Celia instead (a totally legit first name all on its own btw). Also, if you don't like "Cece" as a nn Celia works for a nn, too.
