    I do like Sophia and Cecilia but not with a last name that starts with an S...  it could be a bit of a mouthful.

    I like Eliana the best. My niece's name is Eliana and they call her Ellie for short. :)

    I love Cecelia, just not the nickname of Cece.  For some reason, it bugs me.  Adorable name though.

    I love Cecilia! DH vetoed it. If you're concerned about too many "s" sounds you could just use Celia instead (a totally legit first name all on its own btw). Also, if you don't like "Cece" as a nn Celia works for a nn, too.
