A few folks were requesting the recipe. It's certainly not a WW friendly recipe, but it is SO worth the calories.
Marinade and cook chicken according to your preferred marinade/cooking method (we usually use the Kroger brand Caribbean Jerk marinade and grill the chicken - in the winter, we just broil it). Cut (cooked) chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook pasta and drain. Combine (cooked) chicken, whipping cream, butter, garlic powder, jerk seasoning, and (cooked/drained) pasta in a large pot. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
** We always use the McCormick brand Jerk spices/seasoning for this meal, but Spice Islands is also good (although a bit more expensive).
Enjoy! This dish is so easy and one of our absolute favorites!

Baby Sister is coming soon!
Just to clarify- do you use sixteen ounces of whipping cream OR One 6 oz container of whipping cream?
Thanks!
You read it right. An entire 16 oz carton of whipping cream. H-E-A-L-T-H-Y!
I really wish I could make this. It sounds delicious.
Any ideas on how I can get around the jerk seasoning. Specifically, the part in it with the peppers (not black ground pepper but pepper from the plant)? Food allergies are the pits.
