Pedicure With Baby?

Has anyone tried this? My feet are looking pretty gnarly these days so I am planning to get a pedicure and I figure DD will only want to be held/fed which are both things I can do while getting it done...Any reason I shouldn't?

I usually just do my own, but that sounds nice. I'd pick a place that doesn't have an overpowering nailpolish smell, some are worse than others.

I have taken LO twice...I just hold her while they are doing it. I think it is easier now than it will be in a few months when she is squirmier.

I did this yesterday! DS nursed and slept the entire time. I don't know if there's any reason why it shouldn't be done (chemicals in the air, for example). It never occured to me to find out

I would be concerned about the chemicals. But then again I make my own cleaners and wear natural makeup etc. for this reason, so I am weird about that stuff.

I've done it! I went on a weekday morning since it was less crowded. There was just one other person there at the same time as me.

I wouldn't worry too, too much about chemical smell. Preg ladies get their nails done all the time. No harm.

I got one this week, LO was good. He needed to nurse, he did so with my cover, and he slept almost the rest of the time. I worried about the chemicals but they had the windows opened and I was the only one so it wasn't too bad.
