Did any of you have very long cycles 45-50 days and were able to get pregnant? Since my miscarriage I have had cycles of 45-50 days with O being on day 30-32. I'm still Oing so I guess that is good, but it is such a long time.
My cycles were usually 29-30 days with a short LP, but the cycle I got pregnant I ovulated on CD 31-32. I got my + HPT on CD 46. Had our ultrasound and everything looks good. The u/s confirmed my dates. GL!

Mine weren't quite that long, but they were typically 30-33 days, with a 10-11 day LP. My O date also liked to fluctuate by up to a week, which made charting very helpful. My BFP chart is in my siggy if you want to look at it. To warn you, it was a wonky cycle, which seems to be standard for me when I get pregnant. The cycle before it was 28 days - the first 28 day cycle I've ever had (and the shortest ever) in my entire life.

If you are ovulating than you can get pregnant. It just might take a little longer because your cycles are longer and you have to wait longer each time you ovulate. Your cycles may regulate themselves. When I got pregnant with the one I lost, I was having longer cycles because I was breastfeeding. My 2nd period after the miscarriage was normal again, and I got pregnant that cycle, ovulating on my normal day 14. Good luck.
Missed miscarriage discovered at 16 weeks on 10/11/10. Baby measuring 12 weeks. Natural miscarriage 10/12/10. We will miss you forever.
Chemical pregnancy on June 2012.
This go round my cycles were shorten then yours but still around 35 days. With DS the range was 35-45. Just watch for signs, CM and maybe add a OPK (I liked the CBE digital) to be sure you don't miss your window. I know it can be frustrating b/c each cycle takes so much longer.

My cycles (unless I was on soy isoflavons) are long. I don't usually ovulate until CD 29 or 30. Then it is another 11 days for my LMP. I've gotten pregnant three times on these long cycles.
Oh, as for the soy, I don't recommend it. It did shorten my cycles to an almost normal length but I didn't get pregnant those cycles. First month off it, pregnant!
