Is getting up early all of a sudden

a phase?  I ask because for the last week or so my son has started getting up at least an hour or two earlier than he normally does and I constantly read posts on here about other LOs doing the same thing.  If your LO did this do they eventually start sleeping later again?

    I think it's a phase...DS has done this at 2 different times.  Once it lasted just a week and this last time lasted almost 6 weeks!!!!  He was getting up at 4 everyday.  It has only just stopped the past fwe days.  I think it has to do with teething.  It SUCKS!!!!

    I have no idea how you're dealing with that in your first trimester.  When I was pregnant with Brian I was so tired and nauseous I could barely work up the energy to take our dog out.

    Glad to hear it's only a phase.  DS has been doing this too and it's been almost a week now.  Hopefully he's over it soon!!

    I started offering DS more at his last feeding of the night, and it seemed to help.  He was getting 6 1/2oz bottles throughout the day, and he would take almost 8-9oz before bed.  I think he was just getting hungry earlier, so this sorta helped him stretch it out.  My sister 'n law did the same thing with her LO's and it worked wonders! Helped get us through the 4 month wakeful, too!
