Anyone had issues with Chicco?

Our PNP vibration thing crapped out in early September.  I called they sent me a new one.  Guess what?  It's doing the same thing.  I called again and they are sending me yet another one.  As if it's going to work longer than a month.  Ugh.  Our stroller sucks too.  Anyone else had issues or am I in the minority?

    So far so good for us but it's only been 2 weeks.  Sorry your having problems with yours.

    we have a Chicco PNP...no problems so far.  Hope they can get you one that works.

    With the stroller the sunshade that goes over the carrier comes off on one side ALL the time and we have to put it back on.  Not a huge deal, but with what we paid for it I'd like to not have to fix it everytime we use it.

    I own the highchair, travel system and the pnp and not a single issue and I use all of them a lot! I'm sorry!!!

    I have the same issue with the sunshade on the stroller, but it is minor. I would be pissed about the pnp, though
