I'm so sorry! I've been there - though mine was at 8 weeks - and it sucks. We didn't tell anyone about H until about 18 weeks along for that reason of having to untell people. Hang in there, take some time for yourself, have a few close family/friends tell everyone else so you don't have to.
I'm so sorry for your loss. We found out about our m/c at 12 weeks too and had to un-tell. It is awful having to live it over and over. I hope that you are able to find some peace.
