Success after IF

RP: NE1 have Kaiser HMO with IVF coverage?

There is a rumor that my company will have this for next year.  Were there any stipulations for approval of your IVF cycle?  I am worried with my 2 failed cycles and 2 cancelled cycles we might not be approved.

TIA

  • Our HMO coverage through Kaiser included nothing IVF related, and in most states, they provide zero IVF coverage.  They don't even have the facilities here.

  • We have Kaiser HMO and IVF is covered 80 %.   I know there were some stipulations but I 'm not sure what they were.  Our Dr. submitted the request.  We were referred to an RE outside of Kaiser.

  • I am an employee of Kaiser so they paid 80% of our IVF cycle...but you have to be an employee for fertility coverage.  That would be great if they covered for regular memebers as well!
