Drano gender test

Has anyone ever done the drano gender test and if so was it correct. Just curious.

I had a friend who did it when she was pregnant. When they poured the urine in the drano it caused a really bad reaction and made a really stinky gas that I'm sure was not healthy. I don't recommend it!!! It was kinda scary.

Baking soda: you take about a spoon of baking soda and put it in a plastic cup. Pee in the cup, just enough to cover the baking soda. If it fizzes - it's a boy, if it doesn't - then it's a girl. I don't know if it works, but I got a girl both on this and on the Chinese calendar - I still have a few more weeks until I find out for real. Good luck!

Isn't Drano blue? I could be wrong. But if it is and you mix it with yellow urine...that would turn it green. Green meaning one sex-I don't know which one.

I think it probably has a 50% chance of telling you the sex of your baby Wink

Why anybody would think drano and any form of pregnancy diagnosis should go together is beyond me in the first place lol. The baking soda test sounds . . . interesting.

I did the Drano test when I was pregnant with DD and it was correct. You have to use the Drano crystals. What I did was I peed in a cup and my mom poured it in the cup with the Drano, she did the pouring outside, she did say the fumes were really bad. I had read that the fumes were dangerous, so I stayed away! I don't remember exactly, but if it changed to blue/green it's one gender and if it's orange/brown its the other. I can't remember which color is which though.
