feeling lightheaded before or during m/c?

in Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss
so I know I am likely going to m/c (have been bleeding sometimes spotting sometimes like a light period)  since saturday) and I'm going to an u/s tomorrow that will likely confirm no further fetal development (only because my hormones levels keep rising), i have been feeling lightheaded the last day or so at times.  Did this happen to anyone else?  I have been loosing blood, but not more than a typical period so I have no clue why this is happening.

    I was lightheaded and dizzy both before and during the m/c.  I was also lightheaded at the beginning of the pregnancy so I don't know what it was from.  After I started losing alot lot of blood, I know I became anemic, but I was lightheaded before that too.

    I was lightheaded and dizzy. I almost fainted and ended up having to lay on the bathroom floor for 1/2 hour before I felt like I could make it to my bed without passing out. I also has a lot of dizzy spells from the pregnancy, but I think the almost fainting was because of the m/c. I was also very nauseaus which I didn't have before m/c.
