After every type of sippy they have at Target... Slight AW PIP too

We have bought EVERY type of sippy from the nuby, to the munchkin, to the sports bottle tip to the cup to the Kleen Kanteen... Isaiah chose to go straight to a straw!!

  • That's exactly what my DD did too.  Only I offered the straw cup after trying only one sippy cup.

  • My DS loved the straw cups too. They are hard to clean though, and if you have something like grape juice in them the straw stains purple. I'm glad DD likes the regular sippys, because I got really sick of trying to clean out those straws!

ETA: He is soooooooooo flippin cute!

Thanks... Iagree with the cleaning. Out of the box I washed them and it was a B!tch... but oh well! At least we are one step towards getting rid of the bottle!

  • Hey great idea!  I am going to try this.  We have tried every kind of sippy with DD too and she seems to like none of them except to use them as a chew toy.  The only problem I see is her tipping it upside down and spilling it all over.

The playtex ones don't leak any more than a regular one, actually less! Isaiah always throws his sippys and they will leak a bit and with this one, he has rolled it around the house and maybe one or 2 drops come out. One tip though, there is a valve and it's a little hard to get the juice out so I jam the inner straw up and test it out so the valve is practically open :)
