What do you ladies call your little one? Nugget? Bean? Whatever the fruit of the week is? Something totally different?

We go by by the fruit of the week, but I am not thrilled about the prune week. Maybe I will just call is baby that week. Wink

For a while it was "Kleine Bona" which means little bean in german, but ever since the ultrasound its "The Blob"!

We didn't really call it anything until we had an early ultrasound at 8 weeks yesterday. It looked like a peanut with a flicker so we've been calling it baby peanut since then.

dh has named the baby "guppy" since the first u/s at 6 weeks. don't ask me why, but it stuck.

We call our baby The Cheat. We started calling it that as soon as I found out I was pregnant and when we had our first u/s the name seemed so much more fitting since the baby just looked like a blob with no shape which is what The Cheat looks like.

When we told one of DH's friends he suggested we call it Herm, her + him = Herm. It stuck. Sometimes we call it Hermie.

We just say "the baby" right now. I'm sure we'll think of something more creative in the future.
