I keep saying it in replies, but I wanted to make a post saying B6 has been amazing for me! My nausea was awful. I couldn't concentrate at work and woke up a few times during the night.
I started taking 25 mg of B6 2-3 times a day on Tuesday and I actually felt like a normal human being by Thursday and I haven't had to get up at night. I know it won't do the trick for everyone, but if you haven't tried it, it really is worth giving it a shot.
