Prepping Piddle Poodles?

So I finally got the PP Cadillacs I ordered in November...yay!  However they came with no instructions.  Can I just wash once or do they need to be prepped?

    Music to my ears! I loathe prepping....especially when it's only two diapers.  Thanks!  Can't wait to get them OTB....i didn't even remember what patterns I had ordered haha!
