i give her the last bottle around 7pm and she usually falls asleep on me, or i bounce her to sleep a little. she is awake by 6:30 most of the time! sometimes 5:30 though.
I used to put him down at 8 for months and he slept til 8 am.. but I'm thinking all this crawling and standing wears him out and he is ready by 7 most nights nnow
Wow! Y'all put your babies to bed early! I guess I'm bad... Reece gets his last bottle at 930, usually down by 10. He wakes around 830 when DH goes in to say goodbye, but then plays in his crib for another hour or so.
We put Reece down so late because DH gets home from work late... anywhere from 7-9pm. If I put him down early, DH would never see little man!

Dylan goes down between 7:30-8:30, depending on how late H gets home from work. He gets up at 5:00 a.m. and even if I keep him up until 9:30, he gets up at 5.

We just switched up Corri's feeding schedule over the weekend, so now her last bottle is given at 8:30PM and then she goes to bed, and she sleeps until I wake her at 8:00AMish-8:15AMish. Before this weekend, her last bottle was at 9:00PM and she woke up at 8:00AMish.
Ds used to STTn from 6:30 to 6:30. Right now, we are fighting him waking up at 3 or 3:30. Hopefully it will get better. BTW, DS put himself in the routine of going to be so early. It works for us since I go to bed early and wake up early.

Nah! your not a bad parent, if the baby doesn't need to be up early at this age, I don't see a reason to put them to bed early. I used to take DS1 to work with me and I wasn't done until 8:00pm, so he didn't go to bed until 10pm, but he slept until 10am (and so did I!) because I worked part time... oh I miss those days!
We put her down around 7:30 and she usually wakes around 6:00. I really wish she would sleep later but I think its partly our fault because we have to wake her up so early during the week to get to the babysitter's.

I figured that if it worked for us, then that's what we would do. I'm a SAHM, so he doesn't have to get up in the morning so that I can go to work or anything. A lot of mornings, he will play in his crib for a little while and then fall back asleep. It is 1020 here and it sounds like he is asleep again. It's kinda nice, because I can get a ton of stuff done in the morning!

Ours are usually down between 7-7:30, and they get up (or I wake them up) around 6:30 or 6:45 so I can get them dressed, fed and to daycare before I go to work. On the weekends, we just let them sleep, but they are usually still up by 7:30.
Wow, I'm envious of some of these late wakers, but I don't claim to have it as bad as lmp. E goes to bed 8-8:30pm, and wakes up around 6:30-7am. Just a few weeks ago, he was waking up around 5:30-6am. He still stirs and makes some noise around then, but goes back to sleep. We consider a 7:30am morning sleeping in.
If being a math nerd is wrong, I don't wanna be right!
DD is asleep around 7:30 pm and until recently she was up at 6:00. Last week she start waking up at 5 and I've been nursing her and she'll fall asleep on me until 7 or so. Today she went back to sleep in her crib until 8. It was great except that I was already up and it bumped her nap too late for us to go to Gymboree.

Ugh, this is DS, too. He goes to sleep about 7:15ish every night, and he is up by 5. Sometimes he STTN to 5, other times he wakes up, we put him back to sleep and he still wakes up at 5, even if he woke up for the first time at 4. He has an internal alarm clock that I wish I could turn off.
I'm so glad you said it because I was thinking it! Roland goes down between 9:30 and 10 pm and usually sleeps until 9:30 pm or so. Like you said, I don't get home until 6 pm or so, and I want to spend time with him

Logan goes down anywhere between 6-7pm, and wakes up for good between 5-7am. The time he goes down has no effect on the time he wakes up.
eta: he does not sttn, not even close.

And wakes 2+ times a night
He goes to sleep between 8:30 and 9pm and he's usually up anytime between 7:30 and 8:30.
He goes back and forth between STTN and getting up once or twice.
I like to put him to bed as late as possible because I don't get home from work until 6 or 6:30 most nights and I miss spending the time with him.
