You upload the picture you want to post to www.tinypic. and then grab the code it populates for you and paste it into the image url field that pops up when you hit the picture symbol (next to the smiley). If you use pics from the internet, you can copy and paste the code directly from there usually. Let me know if you need any more help!
Hi punky!
I PIP by right clicking on the pic I want PIP and clicking on properties, copy the URL and then use the little tree icon (at the top of your post next to the smilry face) and paste the URL in the Image URL box.

Hi Ric! How's your morning, love?

Maybe they aren't playing because they don't understand what a "newbie playdate" is, and they aren't opening the post to find out? It does seem strange.
Unless they think they know everything, which is also a possibility.

Feel free to use this thread to practice! How about you PIP your favorite drink?
FF will tell you you've O'ed after it happens. It usually takes a minimum of three high temps for FF to tell you that you've O'ed. However, if your temps are anomalous, it could take longer (I've had it take 6 days).

Once you have a temp shift and your temps have been elevated for 3 days you should get Crosshairs which means ff thinks you O'd.

Believe me, I don't think I know everything! Sometimes it feels as though I know hardly anything about all of this! I'm really just starting charting and the like, so I am trying to learn as I go. I read TCOYF (twice now) and it was a great resource.
For me, I battle anxiety the same anxieties I see shared by other ladies on the board. However, I am 30, and I also worry about "waiting too long". I've been married six years, but my husband and I didn't feel ready for all of the responsibilities of becoming parents until now. My doctor tells me there shouldn't be an issue at my age, but the anxiety still lingers a little. I'm sure it will until I get a BFP or figure out that another path is right for me.
Therefore, I don't really have any questions at the moment, per se. It's nice to know such a great resource of ladies exists to answer these types of questions. I have been reading A LOT of posts as a learning tool.
Thank you ladies for all of the support and information. It means so much to know there are others out there who are in the same place (or a similar place) that I am!
https://www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/When-will-ovulation-be-detected.html
"Fertility Friend will detect ovulation once it is clear that a thermal shift (best when correlated with your other fertility signs) is sustained. Usually you need to see at least three higher temperatures to confirm ovulation since a single higher temperature does not always indicate ovulation. A single higher temperature could be a fluke or could be affected by non-hormonal factors. Keep having intercourse until ovulation is confirmed by a clear and sustained thermal shift and ovulation is detected on your chart."
Good luck to you on your TTC journey!
Excellet idea! ok...here we go....!! Cheers

If you def O during your cycle, and use a home OPK once a day at 4pm (not peeing for at least 2-3 hours) will you get a +OPK or is it common to O and the OPK miss your surge?
Also I am trying to chart CM for the first time and am on CD 9. AF stopped on CD 5, CD6 was nothing and the CM started on CD7 does that mean I could O soon or does CM last ahwile?
Honestly, I have never seen such a list. I eat and drink everything I did before I started TTC. They say that you should limit your caffeine and alcohol intake. Smoking is not good either, but it is not good no matter if you are TTC or not
During the 2ww you should stay away from green tea, as it can cause uterine contractions and therefore prevent implantation. Also in the 2ww, switch to Tylenol instead of Advil (but you know that already).
woohoo....It worked!! Thank you so much!

It's truly up to you how much you want to limit while TTC. Some ladies, cut out alcohol/sushi/lunch meat and some don't. This is a personal preference so I would suggest to go with what you are comfortable with.
Here's a list from WEBMD of things to avoid, hope it helps

K. I have a question! I have been playing Dr. Google...no good. So I had a physical in March and got a complete Blood work up. I was told everything was great but she also gave me a copy of the blood work to give to my eye doctor for a problem I was having (long story..).
Anyway, recently I have been seeing posts about ladies with high or low TSH levels and that doctors like for you to have a TSH level of 1 or 2 when trying to conceive. So I looked at my little blood workup sheet and my TSH levels are at 2.52 which is within the normal range but I guess not for the ladies with thyroid issues trying to conceive. I know I should just call my OB/GYN and ask but I bug him all the time so I just though I would ask if any of you ladies now anything about that. That is all!
But that's a list for when you are already pregnant, not when you are TTC. Is there one somewhere for the time before you get pregnant?
You will get a + OPK if you catch your surge when you test. For this reason, a lot of women test with OPKs more than once a day. Some women have a longer surge than others.
You'll get various types of CM at various points in your cycle.
I'd suggest ditching the BUMP ovulation chart and use Fertility Friend
I know that if it is not within normal range you should call your DR. That is what they're there for.
