I am the SAME way!! The magical pregnancy glow definitely did not come my way!! I have found that baby powder helps with the greasy hair! I can wash my hair in the morning and by 5 oclock im looking naaasty!! Soo i just take a little baby powder and put it through my hair in the oily places! Works pretty well for me! As for the bad skin i have yet to figure out how to fix that one! let me know if you do! Hope all is well!
ugh same way.. Today DH and I went to the mall, and I had to pee, I was washing my hands when I noticed a HUGE white head in the corner of my nose, I was so pissed I told DH he could have at least pointed it out to me. I feel your pain of zits and greasy hair. OH yeah and the dang belly hair growing like a weed on me.
I'll definitely join your pity party. I have worse acne now than I ever did going through puberty, but the rest of my skin is super dry and cracking. The tops of my hands feel like sandpaper! I'm having to wash my hair all the time, b/c it's so greasy. Hate these hormones!!
I'm in the same boat... I haven't felt at all like I'm glowing or beautiful being pregnant b/c my skin looks like the "before" shots in the ProActive ads (not to mention the massive acne patches across my chest, back, etc.) I feel self-conscious even in front of my husband without make-up on... I've never had skin like this before and it stinks. My nipples are weird and dry- shall I continue?
I was in the boat with skin / breakouts for a while. I tried scrubbing and witch hazel only to discover it made it worse. So far, the only thing that has worked for me is Cetaphil daily cleanser...
I was never able to use Cetaphil before pregnancy, my skin just didn't really respond to it, but now...it seems to be doing the trick. It took about a week of use for my skin to really start clearing up. I still get pimples, but they are much smaller and faster to resolve.
As for the greasy hair...my new go-to style is a pony tail. It's the only thing that looks kinda normal. I feel your pain!
I totally agree. I have NEVER had a problem with zits at all in my entire life. But this pregancy has been the WORST!!!!.. My face has like 15 breakouts at all times ..ugh. I havent had a problem with greasy hair but I do have blonde belly hair that started growing all over my stomach.. What the Heck????
