Baby Acne PSA/Rave

H had a couple yucky baby pimples that were on his face for a good wee and yesterday when we went to the ped's office there were some samples of Cetaphil that the doc said to try. I tried them @ his bath last night and the pimples are GONE!

    Did you wash his whole face or just the spots?

    Ccetaphil wash or lotion?  I already have both for my own face, I've been using the lotion on LO for weeks and his pimples are holding on strong.  and I can't really see the wash clearing it up, either, honestly.

    ETA Cetaphil isn't actually for acne on babies or adults, it's just a line of the most basic cleansers and moisturizers for sensitive skin.  it's along the same lines of CeraVe

    Did you wash his whole face or just the spots?

    I put a little bit on a washcloth and dabbed it on the bad spots and let it sit there while I wiped his face and neck. Then I rinsed all of it off.
