Troy got ahold of a doc at my clinic and told him how bad the constant puking was and that if we couldn't stop it, he'd be taking me to the ER. The doc prescribed a new med for me...and it freakin WORKED! I'm so thrilled. Being pregnant is so much more enjoyable when your not on the bathroom floor!
I missed you ladies...how've ya'll been?
Re: I finally stopped puking!
Me too! :-) I was wishing myself dead there for awhile. I still can't believe we finally found something that worked. I hope my doc re-prescribes it for me when we go in on Wed.!
SB is really excited for you, LOL.
I'm glad you're feeling better :-)
That's awesome- when it passes it's like you're a whole new person!
If you don't mind me asking, what did they prescribe for you?
I had wicked morning sickness when I was pregnant and the diclectin they prescribed did very little for the 6-7 months of m/s I had. I'd like to avoid that feeling when the time comes again.
Promethazine....it's worked when so many others haven't done anything! Last pregnancy, I t/u so hard that I herniated 2 disks in my back...which I still haven't recovered from. This medication is a miracle for me! I have to take it constantly, because as soon as it starts to wear off I'm sick again...but wow, what a differance!
Bwhahahah!
And Thanks!
As long as you are pg right along side me! :-)
Don't make fun of meeee!!!
My phone is on the fritz guys... If I post double or triple, I swear it's not just me trying to get to platinum faster.
No, you're going to be pregnant for what...38 months? Wasn't that what I said? I kinda remember some odd mess-up like that from the other night.
Oh, you will be sooo pregnant!
And who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and find out I'm really like, 20wks along or more. Then I won't be alone all that long! :-)
It would be fun, wouldn't it! And tell Baby L to stop trying to make a break for it...last time your babies did, mine followed suit in causing trouble! Silly babies.
BTW, Baby G just waved at Baby L.
LOL. I have troublemakers, already. Baby L kicked back at baby G.
