My levels are going back up!?!?

I got a call from my MW on thursday that my levels went up a little bit (not doubling) and that since it was the eve of christmas eve that I should go into the ER to have them do another draw.  I really didnt want to go back to the hospital since I was already there 3 times!!  So I waited a while, then got really worried while laying down "what if something horrible happened and I had to spend X-mas in the hospital withouht my son"  So we went and they did the draw and it only went up like 2 points from the previous day also did a vaginal U/S and they said that it looked like there was some tissue still in there but that I should pass it.  I have passed so much blood and tissue already!!  this has been since the 8th of Dec and passed the products on the 12th and am still bleeding.

The Docs at the hospital said not to worry but then why did my MW send me to the ER cause she was worried?!?  Im so confused and sgravated this has been the worst month of my entire life since finding out on the 3rd that our baby was gone.

    My numbers slowly went up (not doubling) and I had an ectopic, which can be a classic sign.  This may be why she sent you to the ER.

    First of all, I just want to say how sorry I am for what you are going through.  I miscarried last year and like you, it took a long time for my numbers to drop back to zero...and they even went up a little after I was sure there was nothing else left.  As the previous person mentioned, your doctor might have been worried about an ectopic - and hopefully that isn't the case.

    I hope this can all be over for you soon.  I know for me, once it was finally over, depression really set in, so be prepared for that and surround yourself with people who love you, care about you, and will allow you to talk about how you're feeling.  That's the most important step toward getting through this.

     Hi and thanks for the sympathy.  We found out on the 3rd of december and im still going through this physicaly and emotionally I am a wreck, this was almost a month ago and I still feel the same as if I just found out today.  The hospital ruled out an ectopic because there was a sack and they do not think I was having twins and that would be the only way there was a sack and a baby in my tubes. I am also sorry for your loss. Sad HUGE ((HUGS)) to you!

    Huge hugs to you, and thanks!  Feel free to contact me if you ever need to talk.  I know how hard it is to deal with and how hard it is when you feel like you should be over it and ready to move on and you can't.  I'm here if you need me.
