I know everyone is different, but how much weight, or were you in pre-pregnancy cloths by 5 months pp?
I'm in a wedding 5 months PP, and I have to order my dress in the next month or so. I'm thinking 2 sizes bigger then I was before that way I can take it in if I need to.
Re: How much weight did you loose by 5 months PP?
I had actually lost all the baby weight a few weeks after giving birth, but the shape of my body was and still is totally different so not too many of my pre-pregnancy clothes fit.
2 sizes is probably safe, but it may be pretty big.
Tough to say.. I think it depends on how much weight you gain.. does BF help or hinder your weight loss, etc. Also, if you are BFing, remember, your boobs might be a lot bigger.
I would try to make sure you leave enough room for your boobs, and take in the rest if needed.
I can't wait to start working out, hoping to attend some of your spinning classes to get back in shape
I still have about 20 lbs to go. I am 2-3 sizes bigger than I was pre-baby.
The real problem is the boobs. Take your current bust measurement and add an inch or two (more like 2) then buy the size that is biggest (2 sizes up or the one that would fit if you had an extra 1-2" on the bust.
(Even when I fit into pre-PG pants I can't even pretend to fit into the tops, even a year pp I had not gone back to normal, I was still Bfing.)
I'm still up 5 lbs, but my boobs are still gimungus (to me). Some PP clothes fit, some don't (khakis don't! Jeans do!) Essentially, your body will be a 'different' shape. 2 sizes should be enough...
Oh, and I worked at it, too. I've worked really hard to get back into the clothes I'm wearing, but that being said, I'm wearing a pair of maternity pants today
Definitely! We could even walk/jog the trail near our houses to get some workout time too.
That sounds awesome, I can't wait!
Ditto---I had lost all of my weight fairly quickly and then some but all my clothes fit totally different. ?
