  (I'm on a PC.  It might be different if you're on a Mac)

  1.  Upload pics to tinypic.com or any other place you can save pics on the internetz.  I use Shutterfly. 

  2.  Once pic is uploaded,  right click and select "properties".  Copy the code listed in the properties window.

  3.  To post pic in the post, click on the tree icon (to the left of the smiley face) and paste the code into the designated field.  Click "ok".

  4.  Hit "Post"
