Miscarriage/Pregnancy Loss

BFN, for better or worse

Well I'm finally at what I assume is almost done miscarrying. I'm still spotting brown blood, but I got a BFN today. We are waiting a cycle to start trying again anyway but I just needed to see one line to be able to come to terms with the last two weeks. It's a crappy feeling and a good feeling all at the same time. It means that all of this has been real, and that it's finally almost over.

I hope you are all hanging in there tonight.

Re: BFN, for better or worse

  • I'm right there with you.  I too have had the brown spotting, just got my BFN Friday night.  Here's hoping AF shows up soon and we both get our BFP soon.  Sorry for your loss.  Hang in and hold on to hope.  That's all we can do.

  • Ok so I'm wondering when to take a test to get a BFN?  I started spotting on the 7th, missed m/c discovered on the 10th, heavy bleeding started on the 13th.  Things are starting to slow down drastically, was thinking about doing it this week (merry Christmas?? haha  I'm so ready to get off this roller coaster!).  Is that too soon?
