I feel like we are giving Harrison way too many Puffs, Cheerios, Crunchers, Kix, Yogurt Melts, etc. He LOVES them all though.
We usually give him at least 20 after each meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and then he gets some cheerios while I"m making dinner (to keep him occupied).
Is there a more healthy alternative?
Re: How many snacks do you feed your LO?
I try and keep cooked sweet potato wedges in the fridge as a snack to hold him over between meals.Â
DS gets snacks when we're out and about and I need to entertain him while we're waiting for DD at ballet class, for example.
Occasionally he'll get some in his high chair if I'm making lunch or dinner or whatever.
