If you are really set on it, I'd spell it Ruby Ann Elizabeth. My grandma is Mary Jane (goes by both names as a fn) and I think it looks much better separated.
I'm with PP----space it out, and make it either a double FN (Ruby Ann) or a FN with two MNs (Ruby Ann Elizabeth). I agree that Rubyann does not look like "Ruby Ann," but more like "rew-by-un" or Rueben.
I would just do Ruby Elizabeth. Rubyann is just a bit too much to me and she would probably end up being called just Ruby anyway. Ruby Elizabeth is nice.
Re: Need an opinion!
Eh. It's all right. I don't like combined names though. Esp. Ruby. It's so pretty on it's own.
Ruby Elizabeth is on our list so I LOVE it.
I'd go with 2 mnames before I'd start combining first names.
Can you just go with Eliza as mn...it's somewhat combining Elizabeth and Ann.
I think Ruby Elizabeth would be much better or Elizabeth Ruby Ann.
this
This.
And I don't think Rubyann works phonetically. I think that might be properly pronounced "Ru-baya-n"
This. Don't combine names.

I think that is a lot of names.
I'd try to keep it more simple.
