I have both. I like my brest friend during the night in bed and my boppy during the day on my glider. I find that I only use my brest friend for the cross cradle position and the poppy works for both cross cradle and football. I also use the boppy pillow for DS tummy time. I think both are nice to have, but if I could only get one I would say the boppy pillow has more uses.
I have both and the My Brest Friend is lightyears better than the Boppy when it comes to breastfeeding. I agree with PP that the Boppy is good for other things with LO, but when it comes to feeding, I would definitely go with the MBF.
I have both, and while I was breastfeeding, the My Brest Friend was 100x better than the Boppy. But I only breastfed till 6 weeks, so I'm not sure as the baby gets bigger which would be better.
I have both and used the MBF when he was just born until about 3 weeks, then I preferred the Boppy. I found it a bit annoying to have to "strap on" the MBF every 2 hours for night feedings. We use the boppy everyday, LO is 14 weeks and we use it to hold him (he's very heavy and he loves to lay on it in our arms). It's also very easy to grab and lay him on it when I'm half asleep in the middle of the night.
Re: Boppy Vs. My Brest Friend
It actually depends where I am. The boppy works better for me if I'm in bed and the brest friend works better on the couch.
This.
I have both and I felt the Boppy was impossible to use for nursing. MBF was just so much better for us.

I do the same thing, that's why I'm curious to see if the MBF is better. Seems to be popular...
