  Not really a fan of Desmond as a name, but one of the best teachers at my high school while I was there was named Desmond. He was an older teacher from Ireland. The name does give me a nice feeling when I hear  it though because I think of him and what an awesome teacher he was.

  I knew a Desmond that was a girl. Her nickname was Desi. I think she really fit her name. I do like Desmond as a name in general. I love William as a mn too.
