I know a couple that announced they were going to name their baby Harley. I thought "ugh...what a trashy boys name...it sounds like something you'd name a german shepard".
Then I found out they were having a girl....O_o
A girl in my third grade class was named Cinnamon. Her older sister's name was Honey.
I went to middle school with a girl named Virginity. Thankfully, she went by Jenny.
Theres's a lady here in town named Rose Bush.
I also went to school with a boy named Curtis (fn) Curtis (ln).

This isn't a real name but one time we were messing with one of our doctors and I paged him that he had to go to the hospital to see Hugh G. Rection.

Haha, I read this to DH and he just informed me he works with a guy named Harry Palmer! Hahahahahahahaha

I don't have any real doozies, but a couple interesting ones.
I had a Winter in one of my classes. I also had an April and an Autumn in the same class.
DH used to work with an April Showers. And also a Jim Morrison (which I think was just a coincidence, since he was older).
No you don't!!! Take it back, there CANNOT be someone with that name in real life!

Dh grew up with a guy named Rudolph (fn) Rudolph (ln)....they found out his middle initial was R...so they asked and he said yep, his middle name was Rudolph.

The Winter I mentioned in an earlier post - her cousin's name was Seven. She went to our school too.
I'm thinking about naming my future LO "Forty-Two October Curling Iron". Why shouldn't be s/he be named after my favorite number/month/styling tool?

I knew a guy in high school named Troy. Not so bad, but his last name was Turnipseed. Troy Turnipseed. Not sure if you can give your kid any first name that will overcome that one.
ok, this one is a little different.. because thankfully the person didn't end up naming their daughter this.. i think i posted this on someone's the other day.
A girl i was in school with was going to name her daughter B*tch Im-unique. I'm not sure how she was going to spell it though. Her family threw a fit so she ended up changing the name a few weeks before she was born!

A couple weeks ago I was shopping and a little boy was running away from his mom. She shouted his first and middle name, "BRAINER COLUMBO!"
Later that day, I was at the grocery store and I saw a girl that still had her name tag on from a school field trip. Her name was Wizdom.
Some of my former students include Tearaney (like "tyranny") and Stone (like "rock", lol). I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can come up with for now.
My friend named her son Ocean.
My cousin's name is Cherish.....but oddly enough, I like it and couldn't picture her with any other name.
There's a football player that plays for Florida Atlantic named "YourHighness" and has two sisters named "Princess" and 'Charming." I don't know them but thought it was funny

In grade 11 I changed schools with a friend, and in the hallways, a bunch of people kept calling this guy "Clitty"... of course we're wondering.. WTF??
We found out later that this guy's name was Clint Torres.... His last name is actually pronounced TorreZ, but because his name had an "s" instead of "z", the teachers would never pronounce it right.
We couldn't help but laugh when they announced over the PA one morning that "Clint Torres has won the math contest". lol
I went to high school with a girl named Mai (pronounced 'my'). Last name Valentine.
Yep. Mai Valentine. Nice girl. Silly name.

My cousin named her daughter, Mai Ly (my lee). Everytime there's a Miley Cyrus song on the radio she swears it's her singing it..buahah.
DH & I ran into a friend of his from HS (and his wife) at target a couple years ago, and they introduced us to their son Natas. Pronounced "Naut-us" (think "nautical"). Not one of my faves, but I didn't hate it. THEN, the mom goes on to explain that they named him Natas because..it's Satan spelled backwards. WTF??

Sorry if anyone has this name, but for a girl I think "Pat" is awful! My mother-in-law has that name and I fear the day she brings up naming a baby girl after her. EEEEks!
Last, but not least "Maddox" ....someone copied Angelina Jolie, which I think is really tacky.
