my friend just found out she`s ku--and she`s 30 weeks!

she`s not married and was sooo not ttc, although she does have a steady bf. she swears she had no idea--felt no movement, just had some bad heartburn, that`s all. she doesn`t drink, but she has been smoking weed and cigarettes regularly throughout. she`s so blown away by finding out she`s pg at all, but to walk in and have the ob say `yup, you are, and you`re due feb 1st`--i cannot imagine that. holy cow! well, i guess i`m throwing a shower, like, now :)

    That is both scary and awesome! Big Smile I hope she is excited. I think I would have pooped in my pants if my OB said that to me.

    I met one of those I didnt know I was pregnant people. Didnt find out til the baby came.

    me too!! she is terrified that it`s going to be messed up in some way because of the pot. she said she heard the heartbeat and freaked out because it was so fast! the poor clueless thing.

    thanks, me too. she`s really upset, she would have quit both in a hot second if she had known, i know she would have.

    Maybe that's why she didn't notice. Hmm

    I mean, the lack of AF for almost 8 months didn't quite do it for her?

    Lol that reminds me of the episode of House where he thought the lady in the clinic was in denial about being pregnant and he tells her "You have little people growing inside you."

    she says now that the ob poked and prodded, it`s definitely firmer, but until then, she did not notice any difference in her belly, it was squishy. she is also very thin, and i`ve heard of some other didn`t-know-i-was-pgs who were very skinny, something about hiding in the rib cage.

    Mine was pretty obvious by the end of the 1st tri, but if I had found out at 30 weeks about 2.  Oh hell, I don't know what I would have done
