Need middle name for Kara

My name is Elizabeth.  Although I think Kara Elizabeth sounds beautiful, I thought it might be weird since my middle name is Kaye.  It would be almost like my name backwards.  Any suggestions for a middle name?

    I like Kara Elizabeth. I wouldn't worry about it being similar to your name.

    i think it would be sweet to name her with your same middle name!

    others.... i think 'kara beth' is a cute nn too!

    This is also my second daughter, so I wasn't sure if I named her after me if the oldest would feel left out when she was older.

    My name is Cara Elizabeth so I like it Stick out tongue, not sure as far as more suggestions tho, definatly one with more syllables similar to Elizabeth would work.

    Elizabeth is the first suggestion that came to my mind before I even opened the thread.  Elaine is also pretty, I think.  FWIW, my younger sister's MN is after my dad (Dale) and I've never felt left out or jealous.

    I also thought of Elizabeth even before I opened the thread! I wouldn't worry about it sounding similar to your name.

    I, too, thought Kara Elizabeth before I even opened the thread. I am Tarah Elizabeth so I just think it flows well. Also, like PP said, Kara Beth is a cute nn - my family still calls me Tarah Beth.

    Kara Elizabeth is a good choice. I wouldn't worry much about your name of Kaye, most people don't even know other's middle names..
