I just read your response about olive oil. My pedi said about a tablespoon to a 4 oz jar or drizzled over pasta/vegs. That seems like a lot...How much do you use?
I drizzle it over her veggies and ground chicken. I probably use a little less than a tablespoon but I only do this once a day for dinner only. I have my DD on a high fat high protein diet that also includes lots of ground whole chicken (includes dark meat too not just the breast), avocado, lentils, quinoa and peas. We let her self feed until she starts playing with her food more than she is eating it- which means she is full. Hope this helps!
