    Ha bump burp and that came out pretty funny!!!

    What I was trying to say... I would say that prob half or more of the women in labor poop. We just use the pad underneath you to wipe it up and change if out as needed. Most of the docs tell you to bear down like you are having a bowel movement, although I hear you are actually using different muscles, that just gives you the idea. If it happens, don't be embarrassed, we see it ALL THE TIME and are not surprised/taken aback by it at all.

    1. How do you know whent to stop BF? A lot of babies will self-wean. In other countries women BF until the child is 3-5, it comes down to whatever you are comfortable with and what baby wants.
    2. How do you know what type of bottle/nipple to buy if you plan to pump? For breastfeeding moms, we recommend a slow-flow nipple that has a wide base. NUK nipples prob hamper BF the most (for most moms/babies) because of the shape at the base - it gets real skinny at the base, which is the most unlike your nipple (at least I hope so!)

    1. How do you know whent to stop BF? when you don't want to keep going.
    2. How do you know what type of bottle/nipple to buy if you plan to pump? try one that is designed like a nipple, if it doesn't work with your LO, try a different kind.
    3. How do you know what all you will need and what's optional? after you pass the stage it is needed (or when you need it if you don't have it, haha)
    4. How do choose a pediatrician? We chose one that agreed with our choice to use an alternate vaccine schedule
    5. How old is old enough to spend the night with grandparents? haha, whenever you think so. I think Gio spent his first night out around 4-5 months.

    Pooping is a natural thing. Doctors and nurses deal with this and much worse all of the time. This is my first, but I am not afraid. If it comes it comes.
