Any experience wtih Colgate (mattress) customer service?

We have the Colgate Classica III mattress for DD (bought it about 18 months ago...a couple of months before her birth. I changed her sheets this morning and found thread hanging, and noticed that the outer cover of half of one side is undone. The thread could pose a choking / strangulation hazard, so after I took pics, I cut it. I just sent pics to their customer service email, so hopefully they'll replace!!

    We had a similar issue! We got ours before DS was born from Great Beginnings (I think). I called the store and they told me Colgate has a lifetime warranty! I had to mail the big tag off the mattress (had to cut it off) with my receipt. Once they received it they shipped me a new one! It was easy and both the retailer and Colgate are top notch companies with top notch customer service in my opinion!

    Thanks! Ughhh, I can't remember where I ordered it from and I JUST deleted my "deleted" box of my email the other day. Shoot!!
