I really need to make DS's 1st year photo book. Did you make yours online, if so, from where? I've made books for gifts from Shutterfly before and was pretty happy with it. Or did you make it by hand as a scrapbook? I cannot decide which I want to do... It seems so time consuming to upload all the pics to Shutterfly, since I only uploaded some.
I really need to get it done before DS2 comes along! Suggestions on getting started and where? TIA
ETA: if you ordered one online, which type of cover? hard/soft/leather/etc.?
Re: 1st year photo book...online or scrapbook?
I'm doing DD's on Shutterfly. They have the fast upload so once they have the pics it auto adds them to the layout you selected.
Walgreens has a feature that uploads the picture by date, which would help with organization.
I started a scrapbook for DS but ended up letting it slide for so long that now as he's turned one, I have A MILLION pictures to print and crop and organize. It's waaaay cheaper and easier timewise to do it online. I did a SHutterfly one and it ended up being lik 75 pages - but since they have sales all the time it only cost like $82 bucks.
If you have the time, patience, and money to do a scrabbook do it, they're fun. If not go for the next best thing and do one online.
