I have an apple, cherry & sausage stuffed chick breast in the oven from whole foods -- just noticed on the label that sage is used in the stuffing.
Would you skip this dish entirely?
I read that you take a 1/4 tsp x 3 per day for a few days to stop your supply.
I probably shouldn't risk it. Damn. Smells soooo good. ![]()

Unless you plan to continue to eat the stuffing in large quantities for several days, I see no reason why it would have any effect on your supply at all. I have had plenty of dishes that include sage while bf and it did nothing.?
P.S. ?The stuffing probably has less than 1/2 tablespoon of sage in the entire recipe. ?
