last minute (inexpensive) Halloween costume?

So I have been a slacker this year and can't seem to come up with a costume for my 3yo son.  Any inexpensive ideas??

    We tried the ghost and DD did not like wearing it for more than a few minutes.  The dollar store has some good stuff. 

    Any sort of caped crusader can be made out of a pillow case a ribbon, and some safety pens.  You can color a letter on it with washable markers.  You can even make up your own, like Captain Pajama and the novelty of wearing PJ's in public is fun.
