personalized thank-yous: your name or baby's?

Some wonderful friends threw me a surprise shower last week, and I need to order some thank-you notes pronto.

If I want to get personalized notes, do I order them with my name on them, or baby's name? Since it's a while until baby is due, I'm thinking it should just be mine....but when I look online for thank-you cards, so many samples seem to use the baby's name.

I'm planning on my name, hubby's name and Baby M***. I think it's important to have DH's name on it - he contributed to making this baby too!

I've seen both done. You can always order the stationary with your name, but sign from you, hubbie and the baby.

I just ordered thank you notes and the sample had just the mom's name, so that's what I did. I didn't realize the note cards opened though...so if I had known that, I might have had "Thank You" instead of my name. Too late now!
