  Did you check Ebay?  I just found orange ones (for a Dora costume).  If there are a ton of orange, there has to be navy blue ones!

  What are you using them for? Do you need them to be particularly girly? Target has a few different kinds of navy knit pants - the Circo $4 separates, and the Carter's Just One Year $5.99 two pack. And yes, it is weird that I know Target's inventory that well.
