  This is a good one! There are probably too many for me to list but here are some that rub me the wrong way
  

  Moist (like you)

  Slang for men and women's genitalia

  Which brings me to the next word that i don't like: genitalia (why do all words relating to our reproductive parts have to be so weird?)

  Spouse

  Fetus 

   And, a phrase that drives me up the wall is 'at the end of the day'

  ETA: Should have said ALL slang for men and women's genitalia because I don't like any of it!
