Because it's non-stop this week.  Ugh.

  • Tums. I also drink a small glass of chocolate milk with something that I think will give me indigestion. It doesn't always work, but it tastes good!

  • I take Prilosec daily.  It seems to help a lot, but you have to take it for a few days.  Zantac is also on my doc's safe list.

Try staying away from any acidic foods and any carbonated drinks for awhile.

I think Prilosec was on my do not take list?

  • Tums!! I swore by them last time around, also I would drink milk was anything that would give my heartburn and it helped a lot.

  • I have to take a Zantac 150 morning and night or I'm vurping acid. The acid's been so bad that even drinking water burns my stomach. The indigestion is just killer, but so far that's helping.

  • I mix 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar and 1/2tsp of baking soda with half glass of water.  Wait for it to stop fizzing.  Drink slowly.  Repeat in 15 minutes if necessary.

    Works for me every time!

  • If you do TUMS, don't over do it!  I took Tums with my last pregancy and ended up with a kidney stone a week after my emergency c-section.  Trust me...the kidney stone was worse than the labor.  So I would ask the Dr. for a prescription.

My OB told me it was safe. I take it every day.
